



S. JASON CRAWFORD
Mr. Crawford began in private practice in 2005. He is a
former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alaska
Department of Law, Transportation Section, with experience
in Contract, Tort, and Eminent Domain Law. Prior to
becoming an assistant attorney general, Mr. Crawford was a
Federal District Court Law Clerk for the U.S. District of
Alaska gaining significant exposure to federal criminal law,
insurance law, tort law, and more at the Federal Court level
between 2002 and 2004. Also, as a former Law Clerk in the
State Superior Court from 2001 to 2002, he performed
extensive legal analysis in many areas of both criminal and
civil law.
Mr. Crawford received his Juris Doctor Degree from J.
Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, after
completing his undergraduate studies in International Relations
at Brigham Young University and the University of Alaska -
Fairbanks.
Mr. Crawford's areas of study and practice are diverse, but
have focused principally on Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation,
Construction law and Contractor Consultation, Contract
Analysis and Drafting, Family Law, Federal and State
Criminal Defense, Will preparation, and Probate matters. He
is currently licensed to practice law in Alaska and Utah.
MARY S. SPIERS
Ms. Spiers has extensive experience and legal training in many
areas, but has primarily focused on family law matters,
(including divorces and dissolutions, custody and child
support issues, adoptions, and guardianship), as well as
landlord/tenant law, and consumer law cases.
